Capacity Lending, LLC is a residential mortgage company licensed in the state of Texas. The company

was founded in 2015 by Barrett Owens and Britt Morris to provided mortgage financing to customers of

the DFW Metro area and Texas. Capacity is run by Derek Goss who has more than 10 years origination

and management experience and more than 15 years in the business. Derek is Vice President of

Capacity and works directly with our clients to find the right solutions to meet their needs and goals.
